Accomplishments
App Launch & Platform Internalization Project(Web/Mobile): Effectively launched a new website and application in January 2024, utilizing an internalization process to ensure seamless integration. Anticipating a minimum of 150% revenue growth on mobile. Search • Filter • Recommendation Improvement Project: Introduced an AI-driven style guide product filter to enhance navigation efficiency. As a result, the "Add-to-Cart" conversion rate has surged by 74% since September 2022. UI Improvement Project (Web/Mobile): Utilizing Hotjar (alongside Google Analytics), we collected feedback from over 1,100 customers, conducted best practice research, prepared product requirements, designed new UI components in Figma, and executed A/B testing with Google Optimize on our website. These efforts significantly improved user experience, resulting in a 72% increase in conversion rate since April 2022.
